Flatrocks Gallery, located in the scenic village of Lanesville on the northern coast of Gloucester, offers an impressive collection of art by established and emerging local artists. The Gallery is open from May through December and offers a lineup of thoughtfully curated shows that change every five weeks. Performance art and other events are offered periodically in the beautiful sculpture garden, weather permitting, and all exhibitions are accompanied by related programs that aim to extend the reach of the art.

The Gallery is ideally situated on the newly designated Essex Coastal Scenic Byway (Route 127)  just south of Halibut Point State Park in Rockport. The drive (or bike ride!) affords spectacular views of Ipswich Bay with its picturesque coves, rugged granite coastline, charming beaches and rich artistic legacy.
